- Walk thru with customer highlighting areas of concern.
- Provide a detailed list of areas needing repair or upgrade.
- Coach the customer as to the priority items needing attention, and advise customer on Budget Decisions, and potential need for Second or Third Repair Estimates.
Total Re-habs of Foreclosures for Resale –
- Review renovation options to support profitability at time of sale.
- Walk thru with customer highlighting areas of concern.
- Provide a detailed list of areas needing repair or upgrade.
- Coach the customer as to the priority items needing attention, and advise customer on Budget Decisions.
- Prepare a Total and Complete Re-hab Budget to provide the Bank with sufficient information to secure a Construction Loan.

- Plumbing and Electrical layout and installation upgrades – 110 & 220 Volt.
- Upgrades of existing old Plumbing and Electrical to meet current code.
- Hot Water Heater Replacements and Anti Condensation Water Mixers for Toilet Tanks.
- Plumbing fixture repairs & replacements such as Faucet Valve Stem Washers, Faucet Valve Stems, Faucets and Drains, Shower and Bath Faucets, Kitchen Faucet Sprayer, Wet Bars, External Frost Free Hose Bibs for Outside Hose Use.
